The guideline states that putting the gateway near the window as well as near the signal tower would be great, so my understanding is the gateway needs to be”see” the tower in the shortest distance to receive the optimized cellular signal for users. But the instruction of the external antenna shows “Check placement of the antenna. The antenna is for indoor use only and the back of the antenna (where the window mount bracket is) should face the nearest tower. “ I’m a bit confused because the reason we use the external antenna should be we cannot put the gateway near the window and signal tower, but if we make the back of the directional antenna face to the signal tower, how we receive the signal from the tower?

I hate this commercial. I don’t understand who thought it was a good idea or what type of humor or who it’s for. And I can’t get away from it. It’s on every commercial break, it’s on streaming, make it go away, please. This commercial makes me not want to use T-Mobile.
